1) Reason
2) Photo of your receipt/invoice.
3) Photo of the good/product received

Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return the goods/products from the date you received them. To be eligible for a return, the goods/products must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. The packaging should also be in original condition in the original shipping container as received. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase. Kindly note that all foods item is not returnable.

Refunds

Once we receive your goods/products, we will inspect them and notify you that we have received your returned goods/products. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund with your original method of payment. You will receive the refund within 14 days after the confirmation.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your goods/products. Shipping costs are non¬refundable.
